A company dinner you can actually plan – with a receipt for accounting

A company event should be one thing above all: easy to organise. You give us the occasion, date and rough number of guests, we take care of the table, the timing and the kitchen – and, on request, make out the invoice directly to the company, with everything your accounting needs for the receipt. Just note „company invoice" in your enquiry and we'll sort the rest personally. That way there's nothing left to arrange on the night except raising a glass.

We don't celebrate in a sterile event hall but in a real restaurant – one long table for the team, Italian food to share, no rigid banquet routine with seating plans and a microphone. Whether it's five colleagues after work or the whole department for the year-end: from a small team dinner to a larger party of up to about 80 guests, we put it together to fit. From around eight guests it runs as a shared set menu or a sharing buffet, so the service is just as quick for everyone and no one waits for their food.

Handy for companies: we don't only celebrate on Fridays and in Advent. Midweek in particular – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evening – we have more room for your preferred time than on the classic peak nights, and a team evening can often be fixed at shorter notice. If you're flexible on the weekday, you have a free hand picking the date. A drinks package, vegetarian and vegan options, a short speech before the meal or your own cake for a round company anniversary – tell us what you need and we'll shape the evening around it.

At lunchtime too

A team lunch instead of an evening slot

Not every company gathering has to be an evening affair. A shared lunch with the team – after the workshop, for the quarter close, or simply because everyone should sit at one table for once – is often the easier route: shorter, easy to plan and back at the office the same day. Here too the invoice goes to the company on request.

Midweek we serve a changing lunch menu at €13,50 (Mo–Fr); for a larger table we briefly agree the timing in advance. You'll find all the weeks and the current PDF on the lunch-menu page.

Frequently asked questions about company events

From how many guests is it a group?

From around 8 guests we are happy to plan a shared menu or buffet. Smaller groups are of course welcome à la carte too.

How large can our celebration be?

We host celebrations of up to around 80 guests. To keep everything running smoothly at that size, large groups dine from a shared set menu instead of à la carte – we put it together with you in advance.

Can we reserve the terrace at the pond?

In fine weather, gladly. Just note in your enquiry that you'd like to sit outside and we'll keep the right area for you.

Is a deposit required?

From 9 guests a deposit of €15 per person is required. It secures your booking and is fully credited towards your bill during your visit. You'll receive the bank details by email once we've fixed the details together. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the date, the deposit is refunded or, if you prefer, issued as a voucher. Please let us know the expected number of guests about 7 days in advance; you can adjust the exact number up to 1 day before – after that it is binding, and for guests missing at short notice the deposit may be retained proportionally.

How quickly will we hear back?

Right after submitting you'll get a confirmation by email. We personally get back to you, usually within one to two days, with a proposal.
