At lunch quiet and easy-going – the location at the Kreuzbergl makes us quick to reach on your lunch break. In the afternoon the restaurant stays open for aperitivo, drinks and coffee. And in the evening: pizza, fish or pasta with a view of the pond, until the lights come on.
In summer the terrace is one of the best reasons for con amore – and one of the most sought-after spots. In fine weather we recommend booking ahead.

Quietly located – yet right in Klagenfurt
The Kreuzbergl is a calm local recreation area – joggers, walkers, families. Very close to the city centre, and the Kreuzbergl pond lies right outside our door. There is parking right in front. We don't have a central square or a pedestrian zone. What we do have: quiet, greenery and a shady terrace by the water.
We are not directly on Lake Wörthersee, but at the Kreuzbergl pond – a few minutes from the centre, yet noticeably away from the bustle. That is exactly what makes the difference.
The Fischerwirt has belonged to the Kreuzbergl for many years. About three years ago we took the location over as con amore and gave it a Mediterranean direction.
