What your Christmas party costs & how big it can be
At many Christmas venues you only learn the real price once room hire, minimum spend and a drinks flat rate are added up. We do it differently: three packages, three clear starting prices – per person, not per evening.
- Menù Piccolo – the three-course menu, from €39 per person. The easy-going classic for team and family groups: aperitivo, antipasti to share, pasta or pizza of choice, a seasonal dolce.
- Menù Grande – the four-course menu, from €49 per person. With a secondo of fish or meat, for when it should feel a touch more festive.
- Tavolata – the sharing buffet with stations, from €45 per person (from 15 guests). Antipasti buffet, pizza & pasta to share, fish and meat stations, a dessert buffet – the most sociable option. More about it on the tavolata page.
“From” means: that's the starting price everyone knows. What the bill actually comes to in the end depends entirely on your wishes – an extra course, a special wine, a wider selection. After your enquiry you'll get a concrete proposal with prices before anything is fixed. No room hire, no minimum spend, no flat rate you didn't order.
On size there's a simple rule of thumb: small groups dine à la carte, from around 8 guests we plan a shared menu or buffet, and there's room for up to around 80 guests. From that size the evening runs on a shared menu – it keeps the service quick and means everyone gets their food at roughly the same time.
To secure a date firmly, from 9 guests a deposit of €15 per person applies. It's not a surcharge – it's credited in full towards your bill during your visit. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the date, you get it back or as a voucher. That way the table next door knows too: your evening is reserved, not double-booked.

Christmas dinner, year-end celebration or team evening – with a company invoice on request. You tell us the occasion, number of guests and budget, we take care of the menu, the flow and the drinks. The package logic is handy for accounting in particular: with a fixed starting price per person you can budget in advance, instead of being surprised by an unexpected room hire at the end. Groups of 8+ guests are best discussed directly by phone, so we settle the menu and the flow in one go.

Secure your Advent date early – the evenings from 1 to 23 December book up fast. And by the way, your own cake is welcome.
When to enquire? All of December is peak season – if you want a Friday or Saturday before Christmas, it's best to enquire as early as late autumn. Weekdays and lunchtimes tend to leave more room. The enquiry itself is non-binding at any time; the date only becomes firm with our confirmation and the deposit.
Agree the menu in advance. For a shared menu we settle the courses and the selection with you beforehand, rather than poring over long menus on the night. On request you can choose the menu for the group ahead of time – it speeds up the service and gives you planning certainty. We sort out special requests, allergies and vegetarian options at the same time. Let us know the expected number of guests about 7 days ahead; you can adjust the exact number up to one day before the date.

Frequently asked questions about the Christmas party
How early should we book our Christmas party?
The earlier the better: the Advent evenings between 1 and 23 December tend to book up fast – especially Fridays and Saturdays. The enquiry is non-binding and free; the date becomes firm with our confirmation.
Can the Christmas party also be on a weekday or at lunchtime?
Yes – we're open seven days a week in Advent, lunch and evening. A Christmas dinner on a Tuesday evening or a team lunch is often more relaxed than a busy Friday and easier to schedule.
From how many guests is it a group?
From around 8 guests we are happy to plan a shared menu or buffet. Smaller groups are of course welcome à la carte too.
How large can our celebration be?
We host celebrations of up to around 80 guests. To keep everything running smoothly at that size, large groups dine from a shared set menu instead of à la carte – we put it together with you in advance.
Is a deposit required?
From 9 guests a deposit of €15 per person is required. It secures your booking and is fully credited towards your bill during your visit. You'll receive the bank details by email once we've fixed the details together. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the date, the deposit is refunded or, if you prefer, issued as a voucher. Please let us know the expected number of guests about 7 days in advance; you can adjust the exact number up to 1 day before – after that it is binding, and for guests missing at short notice the deposit may be retained proportionally.
May we bring our own cake?
Yes, for birthdays and celebrations your own cake is welcome. Just tick the box in the form.
