To keep the evening relaxed for everyone, these simple rules apply to reservations at Fischerwirt con amore:

Cancellation & changes

You can cancel or change free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation – via the cancellation link in your confirmation email, by phone at +43 664 2666096, or by replying to the confirmation email.
For later cancellations or no-shows we reserve the right to retain agreed securities (see below).

Online we take reservations for up to 8 guests.
From 9 guests we plan personally – please enquire via our celebrations & groups form or give us a call.

For all reservations of 9 or more guests, as well as celebrations with special arrangements, a deposit of €15 per person is required. It secures your date and is not offset against your bill – after your visit we transfer it back in full to the original account (retained proportionally for guests who do not show up at short notice), so everyone at the table can pay individually.
Bank details follow by email; payment is due within 5 business days (other arrangements possible by phone). The booking is only finally confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the date, the deposit is refunded or, if you prefer, issued as a voucher. For later cancellations or no-shows it may be retained.
Number of guests: please let us know the expected number about 7 days in advance; the exact number can be adjusted up to 1 day before. From then on it is binding – for guests reduced at short notice or not showing up, the deposit may be retained proportionally (€15 per person).
Statement: after your visit you will receive the deposit statement by email; any refund is transferred back to the account the payment came from (reference = the booking number from the deposit email).
